Ordering

If you have seen an item you would like to purchase on the website, please send me an email detailing the item name to pinkpawsdesign@aol.com. We will send you an email detailing the cost. Payment can be made via paypal or by sending a cheque. If your within the North East area you can collect your purchase.

I will send you an email to confirm payment has been received and let you know when I have despatched your order.

Delivery is charged depending on the size of the package and will be confirmed when we send the email confirmng the total cost. We charge the actual cost for postage with no extra handling charge. Deliveries are made using Royal Mail Registered Delivery for large items.

Individual greetings cards are sent via first class post at 65p per card.

Bespoke Jewellery Orders and Stationery Items

If you see an item you like however would like it in a different colour, then please contact me with your requirements and I will gladly get back you.
