At Pink Paws Design we love producing personalised gifts. As nothing is mass produced it does take time to complete your order.  The standard turnaround (time from order to shipping) is 10-15 days. This time may increase at peak times such as Easter and Christmas.

For the 'ready to send' items, which are shipped without any changes, these will be shipped within 1-2 working days of purchase.

If you require your order on a specific date, please contact support@pinkpawsdesign.co.uk before ordering. All orders will be sent to the delivery address on the order via Royal Mail 2nd class.   Please make contact if you have not received your order after 10 working days after shipping.

Our shipping rates are based on the following order values:

£0.00-£4.50 = £1.50

£4.51-£20.00 = £2.95

£20.01-£40.00 = £5.00

£40.01-£79.99= £8.75

Free delivery on orders over £80.00
