Where to even start with this review. I first bought a plague from Lisa a couple of months ago and the service and quality provided was exceptional. Now I was back at the manor walks Market last weekend where I saw a small mini plaque in the shape of a dog bone and knew I needed it. I explained to Lisa some upsetting news I recently had and how her work meant more to me now than I ever thought possible. I went to collect my order today and I walked away teary eyed after again the service provided. She went above and beyond for myself in ways I would have never expected. This is a business that I will always be going back to and so should you. Thankyou so much Lisa it means a lot to me, you are such a gem to the cramlington community .
